Located on Level 1 of the Sydney office and accessible virtually, the MX (Member Experience) Lab is a collaborative space where teams across CA ANZ come together to solve business challenges. Using human-centred design principles: discover, define, design and deliver, the Lab ensures every solution is built with empathy, insight and impact.
The Lab’s approach is grounded in understanding the member experience. By exploring how members interact with CA ANZ, teams gain deeper insights into their needs and expectations. This helps shape solutions that support members throughout their career journey.
The Lab is more than a space - it’s a mindset. It brings together people from across the organisation, combining subject matter expertise with varied perspectives. Through workshops, panels, surveys and focus groups, the Lab uncovers challenges and develops ideas to address them.
